1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "User", or "You") and QRISU ("Platform", "we", "us").

3. Merchant Registration & Account Security

  • Merchants must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date business information during registration.
  • Merchants bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, API Keys, Secret Keys, and webhook signing secrets.
  • Any API instruction or payment created using your API credentials will be treated as an authorized transaction initiated by you.
  • Promptly notify our support team if you suspect unauthorized access or credential leaks.

4. Prohibited Activities & Products

Merchants may NOT use the QRISU platform to process payments for prohibited goods or services, including:

  • Illegal gambling, betting, or unregulated games of chance.
  • Counterfeit products, weapons, explosives, and illicit substances.

  • Any transactions that violate Bank Indonesia regulations or Indonesian criminal law.

5. Fees, MDR & Settlement

Transaction fees (Merchant Discount Rate / MDR) are deducted automatically per successful transaction according to agreed schedule (e.g. 0.7% for regular QRIS). Settlements will be transferred to your registered bank account according to the agreed clearing cycle (T+1 or T+0 for eligible volume).

6. Suspension & Account Termination

QRISU reserves the right to temporarily freeze or terminate merchant access without prior notice if fraudulent activity, chargeback anomalies, or violations of these Terms are detected.
